Stabilization is all about teaching our body how to tune itself. We don’t only have one body, so to start really taking care of ourselves that means our more subtle bodies need energetic hygiene and our loving attention.
By allowing the body to become its own peaceful place, we don’t have to float outside of ourselves anymore to try to find peace from there. We can come home to peace instead by being grounded and in our bodies. Energy can often lay dormant when we are still coming into ourselves. But once we stabilize and start owning our magic, power, beauty and brilliance, we may be surprised at how we can begin to show up.
If we can’t master our life force energy, we will continually feel like life is just happening to us and that we have no agency. In return, we may end up creating and storing emotional data that interrupts the flow of energy in the body. So, breaking up these patterns on the level of creation, where our blueprints are stored, is the intention of working with techniques that stabilize.
