Sacred Change of Seasons
A Free Class with Maryam Hasnaa
November 14 at 2 pm PDT via Zoom
In many ancient traditions, the time between the Autumn Equinox and the Winter Solstice was held as deeply sacred. It was revered for opening doorways between worlds and aligning us with the more hidden aspects of ourselves. It was marked by harvest festivals, rites of death and resurrection, and celebrations honoring those on the other side.
Join Maryam for a free class on working with the energies of this season. Drawing on energy healing, subtle plant medicine and ancestor veneration, she'll share practices for honoring the ancestors of our lineages and spiritual traditions, the ancestors of the land, and those of our own incarnation cycle. Regardless of our beliefs, honoring those who came before us nourishes the health and vitality of our own mind, body and spirit.
