Make me an instrument

Being an instrument is about showing up as a channel and a conduit. This allows the divine to express itself through us in a way that's both universal and unique to our own energy signature. 

This is a practice of continually purifying our own ideas about what we think kindness, compassion and love looks like. These are not fixed stagnant states and there is no playbook. They are informed by the moment and the collaboration of who we are interacting with. They can take many forms. The more we are open to the expression of what authentically wants to come through us, the more we allow ourselves to be tuned by life itself.
