Following the breadcrumbs

Following the Breadcrumbs is the practice of aligning with the path of your soul's callings. It’s about how to recognize, interpret and trust the signs, intuitive nudges, synchronicities, repeated patterns, and inner knowings that are revealing a non linear map of how the soul leads us through life.

We will develop grounded, discernment on how to differentiate between projection, pattern-recognition, confirmation bias, fantasy and genuine guidance. You’ll be invited to track your own subtle energetic cues and cultivate a deeper capacity to follow what is quietly calling you forward. This is not about outsourcing authority, but about refining your inner compass so your choices become more coherent, aligned, and responsive to the living intelligence moving through your life.
