In Etheric Gardening hypnosis sessions, we enter through your etheric garden which is the living imaginal landscape where your soul stores memory, wisdom and unfinished patterns across time. Rather than dropping directly into a past life, we begin by grounding in present time, attuning the nervous system and allowing the garden itself to guide the session. Your garden is a wellspring of resources and allies which can support you to process whatever may come up in the session. From this place of safety and neutrality, a lifetime may open that is ready to be witnessed because it is relevant.

Any pain that surfaces is met through the intelligence of the garden, allowing fragments of energy, insight or capacity to be integrated back into wholeness. What is no longer needed is composted and what is truly essential is reclaimed and integrated into the present life.
All experiences are happening simultaneously so from that perspective we are never truly connecting to a past life but to a simultaneous incarnation that is happening now. This is also why it’s possible to enter and perceive parallel or future incarnations as well.Â
This approach honors the soul’s timing. Some sessions move into a single lifetime, others touch multiple threads, and some work primarily through symbolism rather than narrative. The garden knows how to speak to you in the language your system can receive.
