In this workshop, Co-Weaving Timelines, we will not only enlist the guidance of our ancestors but also call upon the support of our future descendants. Our ancestors held dreams and visions for what they hoped we would accomplish. Similarly, our descendants can offer nervous system attunement and alternate states of being that come from having already integrated and expanded beyond where we might feel stuck or stagnant. This work allows us to tap into other probabilities and parallel timelines, optimizing potential and expanding our perception of available choices.
