Volunteer Souls speaks to the impulse of altruism that arises not from obligation, but from love, presence, and care for the whole. This theme invites us to cultivate a sense of home within our own nervous system, so that wherever we go, we arrive grounded, regulated, and open. When we carry a home frequency within, every place we step into is met with respect, humility, and reverence. We learn to move through the world as guests rather than owners.
