    Through this guided meditation we will do a deep chakra cleansing related to learning how to care deeply for ourselves and others. 

    We’re going to move into our chakras to release old energies, programs and beliefs. We will be working through patterns of self sacrifice, martyrdom, self erasure. We will release thoughtforms, invasive energies and negative elementals that might be hiding out in our. 

    This deep healing and clearing will allow us to raise our vibration in a way where we’re able to bring more of our spiritual energy into the physical body. We will be able to better set appropriate boundaries and have more discernment to know how to show up in each moment.
