There was a time when part of our mission was to caretake, cleanse and transmute the collective pain body. It was part of our assignment to process, transmute and alchemize dense emotional energy. With the Shift, these contracts began to drop away. The need to play this role of the unconscious Empath is no longer our work. It’s time to allow others to work with their own emotional energy. To learn how to feel, process and alchemize it for themselves. To take personal accountability for the energy field they are creating. - Knows how to work with triggers

- Can regulate their emotions

- Has healthy boundaries

- Knows how to fill up their own cup first

- Does not enable

- Holds space but does not enmesh

- Has done shadow work
