It is an honor and a pleasure to recognize the effects that individual plant medicines have on our mind, body, and spirit. Learning from plant medicine is one of the most ancient ways to awaken the wisdom of the body. Moving steadily in our relationship with plant medicines, we begin to build our knowledge of the energetic signatures of herbs, as well as their physical qualities. We will be discussing intuitive herbal medicine. aromatherapy, as well as working with flower essences in this series.

Working with plant teachers allows for greater support into the powerful healing that comes from Mother Earth. Guest teacher Berenice Dimas of Hood Herbalism shares her wisdom of plant spirit communication as an herbalist deeply committed to honoring the land. Moving with integrity and respect for the plants is an important aspect of this work.  She supports us in cultivating a deeper understanding of the power that comes through working with the plants that grow close to our homes.
