In this course we talk about tools for energy self mastery and finding your home frequency. Everything changes when you can access the feeling of flowing connection to your own energy and love. In 1.0 Maryam teaches practical tools for connecting to this state of authentic energy. Freedom is being unconditionally you, not needing anyone or anything outside of you to change in order to experience your own joy. Staying in alignment with your own source of love is the key. You need to be able to hold the vibration of self love on your own, which comes through being aligned with your inner Self.
