Pleasure as Prayer
PLEASURE AS PRAYER
Pleasure as Prayer teaches us to tend and refine the energy that orchestrates our reality. We will learn how to tune into our sensory awakening by worshiping creation and divinity as a sacred practice.
As highly sensitive individuals, we can be easily affected by sensory overwhelm. When we bring awareness to our sensory sensitivity, we can notice how our nervous system responds to pleasure just as much as we observe ourselves responding to stress and trauma. By shifting our intention to tune into the colors, scents, sounds, and tastes that are present in our space, we learn to embody this as a daily ritual of pleasure attunement. When there is awareness and intention, we can call in pleasure to set the mood for our reality.
