playfulness and innocence

Don’t forget doing the inner work can be done through playfulness and curiosity.  If we can be in a state of childlike wonderment, we leave the door open for spirit to guide us. As often as innocence dies, it can also be reborn. Each time wiser and more resilient. Beautiful, deep, important work doesn’t always need to be serious, it can be fun, joyful and pure. Being open requires a childlike way of perceiving the world. With this, the purity and integrity of our energy guides us to create things that are in harmony. When we begin to perceive others through neutrality, non-judgement and curiosity we begin to see more color, complexity and depth.

Being ourselves is how all of the nourishment, gentleness, playfulness and ability to tune in and know our truth comes in. This also allows us to receive guidance, find our soul family and align with our blessings. Our imagination and inspiration allow us to operate and flow more thoroughly into the levity of not taking ourselves or life too seriously. Let’s look back over our lives and see what moments brought us the most natural joy and ease, then prioritize giving ourselves more of that. Allow our imagination and dreams to grow from that space.
