The ancient mystery school of the Essenes taught that there are 7 primary mirrors of how we are shown ourselves through others. This is a beautiful metaphysical model that can be used to do shadow work. If everyone truly is your mirror—if you go over to a mirror and you don't like what you see in the mirror, you don't try to clean the mirror. You don't say the mirror needs to change. You don't blame the mirror. You would do the work on yourself. Learning how to interpret what is being shown to you in the mirror is a sacred art. Other universal laws, such as principles such as the Law of Manifestation, the Law of Vibration and the Law of One are also discussed.
