    Through the morning meditation we will work on closing out tabs from the previous day to allow ourselves to move from a place of more choice. We will work on directing our thoughts and energetic currency into the path ahead, utilizing more sovereignty and more agency. It’s imperative to take the opportunity to attune our energy each morning to move from a place of alignment with what is calling us in this new day.

    We will work with our energy to attune ourselves and feel held by the Earth. We will bring up energy to support our whole system and acknowledge the land that is currently welcoming us as guests. Using our visualization tools to envision our day that awaits us, we may use our imagination to tune into the simple and small things that make life so valuable and rich.

    Through the evening meditation we will be guided in ending our day and stepping into a restful sleep. Meditation allows us to step into a deep state of relaxation, to calm the mind, while also allowing our brain to recover faster. This process naturally lends itself to more clarity, alertness, emotional regulation as well as reduces stress and anxiety.

    We will work with our grounding cord to release previous ways we may have invalidated our body’s sensations and desires for rest. From here we may create new habits and direct our focus to call back parts of us, to come into stillness, and to allow for a deep state of relaxation. We will begin working on creating the environment to feel confident in knowing that our body is taken care of - therefore allowing us to set a nourishing nightly routine.
