RESONANCE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Do you enjoy working with plant medicine? Resonance Apothecary is looking for a self-driven and detail oriented Production Assistant to join our growing team of medicine people. Resonance Apothecary creates vibrational medicine tools that act as tuning forks for the frequency of health and vitality. Everything in these special creations has spirit. Our team hand crafts plant medicines that restore balance to the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual bodies of our clients.


Resonance Apothecary welcomes an integral position on our Vibrational Medicine team. The Apothecary Production Assistant position is a part time (15-25 hours a week) contractual commitment. The Production Assistant role requires a solid work ethic, a commitment to high quality, and strong organizational skills. Attention to detail is key. The Production Assistant is consistent, works with efficiency, and is part of the production team but works well independently. This role will require work to be done from our shop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build out monthly subscription boxes, packing items in a timely manner and paying great attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate inventory of items for monthly subscription boxes, and effectively communicates needs to manager
  • Communicating needs to Production Manager
  • Maintain a clean work station and follow food handling and sanitation requirements in order to maintain cleanliness standards and local, State and Federal agencies regulations and requirements
  • Weekly Zoom/staff meetings
  • Eventually will assist in the creation of products such as holy waters, oils, teas, etc. - this includes mixing of ingredients, labeling bottles, piecing together bottles and tops, etc.

 

AVAILABILITY

  • Availability to work from the shop Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays and adhere to a blackout period from the day after Thanksgiving until Christmas Eve

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be located within the Bay Area, CA
  • Experience with packing and labeling items for shipping
  • Available to work in-person between 15-25 hours per week
  • Has a car that can fit boxes of production items
  • Has the ability to drive to and from the production site to pick up and drop off product materials
  • Will require storage space at home as items will be brought home to create

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of product retail experience or Food-related work experience
  • Experience with packing and labeling items for resale
  • Inclination to, or previous experience with, plant medicine

 

ADDITIONAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • This job requires the ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push light objects or materials (products, bottles, boxes, etc)
